About Us
A chance meeting in 2007, led to the Anglo / French collaboration that is Ochre & Ocre. We both felt passionately about supporting European manufacturers, as well as a desire to create a collection of high quality, long lasting products, using ecologically responsible materials, wherever possible.
Fiona lives in France and has been running the famous Chateau de Créancey for many years. The chateau was completely restored using natural lime and ochre rendering, and the result is very chic. Having worked on such a large scale interior design project, Ochre & Ocre was the ideal chance for Fiona to develop a stylish eco friendly range that will fit into any home.
Tess lives in the UK, & has been a buyer for several high street retailers in Britain over the past 10 years. Ochre & Ocre provided the ideal opportunity to use her sourcing knowledge to develop a range from within Europe, minimising the impact on the environment, & supporting more local manufacturers.
Our simple philosophy is to develop a range that is as stylish, but eco friendly as possible.
